Leading the Change

Change can be hard; How can we make it less painful?

Event Passed

Thanks for joining us in another informative Development Day

They say the only constant in life is change. This rings especially true for leadership. The only thing that you can guarantee as a leader is that you will be required to manage through change. Leaders need to know how to flex and to flow; how to pivot and change direction.

Whether it’s change within your team, your business, your industry or on a global economic scale – you will face change at some point.

To successfully manage through it, you’ll need to have adaptability, resilience, and stability. Change management is fast becoming a core competency for effective leadership and business life.

This Development Day, we will look at change management through three different lenses. We will equip you with the tools needed to proactively manage your resilience and wellbeing in the face of change. We will explore and embrace technological disruption and how you can balance these advancements without letting go of the heart of leadership. We will also hear firsthand the trials, tribulations, and gritty details of a significant change to a real business facing rapid growth, and how they fared coming out the other side.

Special Thanks

We want to say a big thank you also to our speakers Leanne Shelton, Cheryl Bowie and Auriole Ruka.
