Living an intentional lifeFacilitator: Nykkie GibsonAttend this session to explore the link between resilience and living an ‘intentional’ life. We will explore concepts such as meaning and purpose, ikigai, values and life design. Join Sam Bell General Manager, Corporate Services & Research IML ANZ, and IML ANZ facilitator Nykkie Gibson as they explore the essential skills required to live an ‘intentional’ life. |
Adaptability and resilience during uncertainty and changeFacilitator: Ty VincentIf there is one thing most people relate to right now it is uncertainty. Our ability to be resilient is being tested as we navigate the current environment. In this session, we will explore how our resilience and ability to adapt is challenged during periods of change and uncertainty. The session will provide you with a basic understanding of mental health awareness, focusing on how our brain perceives and reacts to stress and uncertainty. We will explore the ‘change curve’ and how we can build resilience and apply a flexible mindset in order to minimise the shock caused by the constant change in our environment. Join Sam Bell General Manager, Corporate Services & Research IML ANZ, and IML ANZ programs and masterclass facilitator Ty Vincent as they explore how to adapt to uncertainty and change. |
Building your team’s resilienceFacilitator: Matt ByrneMaintaining team motivation during setbacks is a key challenge for leaders. Building resilience in your team can have a significant positive impact on the way in which the team performs and can increase motivation during periods of uncertainty. A major component in building resilience is the ability to intentionally move forward and create momentum. As a leader, it is critical to apply enabling strategies that support your team in overcoming setbacks and move forward in the face of adversity. One key enabling strategy is the ability to be able to unlock individual potential and effort. This stems from an understanding of the 4 P’s: Purpose, Participation, Practice and Performance. This session will focus on building an understanding of the 4 P’s and will centre on the strategies that great leaders use to motivate and engage their teams during periods of change and disruption. |
