Thank you for attending!

Engagement and retention are inherently connected—one can not be achieved without the other.

Session 1 - Engagement in 2025: Are you meeting the standard?

Patricia Hubbard, Head of ANZ Consulting at Gallup

We kick off Development Day with Patricia Hubbard, Head of ANZ Consulting at Gallup, who will provide an exclusive deep dive into Gallups ‘State of the Global Workplace Survey’. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore key data on how we measure up against industry leaders both in ANZ and internationally when it comes to engagement and retaining our most valuable assets: our people. Patricia will discuss the most pressing employee pain points and areas challenging leaders. She will share insights on how to better equip yourself and your organisation to foster a culture of engagement and retain our top talent.

Session 2 - Bridging the gap: Engagement strategies for leading a multi-generational workforce

Kylie Denton, Founder & Director, Performance Advisory Group

For the first time in history, we are leading a workforce that spans up to five distinct generations — each with unique values, communication styles, work preferences, and motivations. This diversity can often challenge our unconscious biases and leadership approaches. In our second session of the day, Kylie Denton, Founder & Director, Performance Advisory Group, will guide you through a comprehensive understanding of generational traits and how they influence workplace interactions.

You will learn practical strategies and psychological insights to bridge generational gaps, foster collaboration, and build an inclusive environment that capitalises on the strengths of every generation. This session is designed to help you embrace the diversity of your multigenerational workforce, driving innovation, engagement, and productivity to create a more dynamic and cohesive work environment. By the end, you’ll be equipped with the tools to lead with confidence, ensuring your workplace thrives across all age groups.
