The Institute of Managers and Leaders (‘IML’), through its entity IML National, is an assessing authority approved by the Australian Government for individuals seeking to apply as senior-level managers within the Australia and New Zealand Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) codes listed below. For migration to Australia, there are established criteria for the level of qualifications, training and work experience required for a senior-level manager.
PLEASE NOTE: Revised fees are to be implemented from 1st of October 2021.
The revised assessment criteria have been developed following extensive research and consultation to incorporate current Australian employment requirements.

IML accepts Migration Skills Assessments for the following occupations:
- Chief Executive or Managing Director 
- Corporate General Manager 
- Sales and Marketing Manager 
- Advertising Manager 
- Public Relations Manager 
- Human Resource Manager 
- Engineering Manager 
- Supply and Distribution Manager 
- Procurement Manager

In addition to providing assessment of senior-level management skills for the purpose of migration to Australia, IML assesses qualifications for the Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485).
