The Institute of Managers and Leaders (‘IML’), through its entity IML National, is an assessing authority approved by the Australian Government for individuals seeking to apply as senior-level managers within the Australia and New Zealand Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) codes listed below. For migration to Australia, there are established criteria for the level of qualifications, training and work experience required for a senior-level manager.
PLEASE NOTE: A revised assessment criteria across all occupations will come into effect on 23 March 2021. From this date all applicants will need to meet the revised assessment criteria.
From today until 22 March 2021 applicants who meet either the previous or the revised assessment criteria will receive a positive outcome.
The revised assessment criteria have been developed following extensive research and consultation to incorporate current Australian employment requirements.
