Silence in the workplace is costly. When people don’t speak up, innovation stalls, risks go unnoticed, and engagement declines.
This session explores how leaders can intentionally create a speak-up culture by using feedback as a powerful tool to build trust, strengthen accountability, and unlock team performance. Through practical frameworks and real-world examples, you’ll learn how to normalise open dialogue and make feedback part of everyday leadership practice.
You’ll walk away with:
- Strategies to encourage honest and constructive conversations
- Techniques to give and receive feedback with confidence and clarity
- Tools to embed psychological safety into your team culture
Join us for this interactive discussion on turning feedback into a leadership advantage.
