Speakers Forum: Selling the story behind the strategy

Mastering strategic storytelling is a skill, and when you get it right, it can transform leadership.

In our next Speakers Forum session, IML welcomes Nicholas Ridis CPMgr FIML, principal consultant at AVODKA.com, who will share how to craft a clear, compelling narrative that connects your team’s day-to-day work to the bigger strategic picture, and use it to inspire, align, and shape a thriving culture.

In this hour-long session, you will learn how to:

  • Use storytelling to build trust, foster resilience, and shape a strong, values-led culture
  • Avoid common pitfalls that weaken your message
  • Tap into emotional connection without losing strategic clarity
  • Tailor your story to different audiences for maximum impact

You’ll leave with practical techniques and the confidence to share your strategic story with your team, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.

Don’t miss out – register now and secure place.
