Lesley is an experienced leadership development practitioner with a passion for developing leaders and managers at all levels. She has worked with frontline managers, middle managers and senior executives to drive performance and cultural change through a blend of consulting, design, facilitation and coaching.
Session 2: Feedback that lands: Enabling performance through intentional conversations

Drawing on her extensive experience in facilitation, coaching and organisational development, the speaker will provide strategies for enabling performance through intentional, constructive conversations that build trust and drive improvement.

Andrea brings a wealth of experience from both public and private sectors, having worked across a wide range of industries. Her adaptable approach allows her to tailor learning experiences to suit the needs of participants and deliver meaningful outcomes. Passionate about helping people fulfil their potential, Andrea creates engaging and practical sessions that equip participants with tools they can apply immediately in their roles and organisations.
Session 3: Stepping up: Enabling success for first time leaders

In this session, we will focus on supporting those stepping into leadership for the first time. Drawing on her extensive experience designing and delivering leadership qualifications and workshops across industries, the speaker will provide practical tools and insights to help new leaders build confidence, navigate challenges and lead with impact from day one.
Speaker bio:
Pam is a highly experienced learning and development professional with more than 20 years of experience, known for making learning both relevant and enjoyable. With a strong focus on communication and interpersonal skills, she delivers programs on emotional intelligence, business writing, assertiveness, conflict management and leadership development. Pam is also an accredited facilitator of the internationally recognised Think on Your Feet® program, which she has delivered monthly for over 17 years.
Session 4: From intent to impact: Operationalising DEI for measurable results
Time: 1-hour session starting at 1:30pm AEST & 3:30 NZST

In this session, we will explore how to move beyond good intentions and put diversity, equity and inclusion into practice. The speaker will provide practical approaches to operationalising DEI in the workplace, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and lasting impact

Paula is an experienced facilitator, coach and mentor who is known for her warmth, authenticity and ability to build strong rapport. She brings a collaborative and engaging style to her sessions, creating inclusive learning environments that support both personal and professional growth.
