Say It Wrong. Make It Worse: Leading under pressure

Bundaberg event

In high-pressure environments, leadership isn’t tested in meetings. It is tested in moments.

When a grieving client calls.
When a complaint turns hostile.
When a team member quietly undermines the culture.

No policy, KPI or technical expertise can fully prepare you for what to say next.

In this powerful and practical session, Greg Goldsworthy, Practice Manager at Sugarland Animal Hospital will explore how to respond in these defining moments with clarity, confidence, and control.

Through real-world stories and proven tools, you’ll learn a simple, repeatable framework to navigate emotionally charged situations and lead with impact when it matters most.

This session will take place in person in Bundaberg, with an online attendance option available for those joining from outside the region.

We look forward to welcoming you to the session, wherever you are located!
