Change is constant, but leading through it well is where most organisations fall down.
At our upcoming Perth Leader Connect, we welcome David MacLennan, CEO at the City of Vincent, who will explore how leaders can navigate complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity without defaulting to over-control or inaction.
In this practical and thought-provoking session, you will uncover:
- Why resistance happens and how thinking habits shape decisions
- What it really takes to build ownership, not just compliance
- How to lead adaptive work where there’s no obvious solution
- How to create the conditions for people to step up, contribute and take responsibility
This session introduces a practical approach to leading change that is clever, creative and courageous. You will also have the chance to connect with the IML membership and broader Perth leadership community over a light lunch.
We look forward to welcoming you to the session.
