People Matters Showcase

Following the success and positive feedback from the Showcase earlier this year, Jason Kelly MIML and Scott Martin CPMgr FIML will return on Tuesday, October 13 to showcase bespoke programs the Institute has developed and delivered for Queensland Government agencies over the past 12–18 months.

The session will focus on two themes that consistently emerge when supporting agencies: leading through change and communicating effectively. Drawing on real-world program outcomes, Jason and Scott will examine how these capabilities influence performance management, coaching conversations, culture building, and the development of high-performing teams.

Attendees will gain an understanding of the challenges identified by participating agencies, the tailored solutions developed to address them, and the outcomes achieved. Jason and Scott will also share participant and agency feedback, highlighting key learnings and practical takeaways that can be applied in your own workplace
