Strong partnerships don’t happen by accident. Regardless of the sector you work in, the foundations of successful stakeholder relationships remain the same: trust, integrity and strategic alignment.
The concept of “trust-based philanthropy” has long been embraced across the for-purpose sector, where funding is invested into organisations with confidence and flexibility, rather than tied strictly to individual projects. At its core, this approach is built on meaningful relationships, shared purpose and open communication – principles that are increasingly relevant across all industries and sectors.
In this insightful session, we are joined by Bianca Williams, Client Services Manager for Strategic Grants; a consultancy dedicated to building capability across the for-purpose sector and supporting organisations to deliver their mission through strategic partnerships and grants best practice.
This practical webinar will explore engaging and managing philanthropic and strategic partners, providing leaders and managers across the social and community sectors with actionable insights into how to:
- Identify alignment between your organisation and potential funding or strategic partners
- Approach and engage stakeholders to establish meaningful relationships
- Build trust through open, honest and timely communication
- Strengthen long-term partnerships that support sustainable organisational outcomes
In an environment where bots increasingly “talk” to bots, competition for funding continues to intensify, and virtual meetings have become the norm, purposeful stakeholder engagement and authentic relationships have never been more important.
