Charles started at the Institute as a Research Analyst and worked his way up to managing the Research and Analytics Department. Charles brings a wealth of data analysis and survey management experience from the past 15 years managing the National Salary Survey.

Using the People Analytics tools, Charles and his team, help individuals and teams attain self-awareness, discover strengths and development areas and improve communication, ultimately aiding in their development journey.

Over the course of his career, Charles has experienced the struggle and importance of retaining key staff in a changing business environment.
