Lead the Way: Leadership Burnout

What is Burnout?

As the second half of 2024 gets underway, we start to hit the (not too) distant slope towards the end of the year. Will you finish the year with a spring in your step, or will you be crawling toward that desperately needed summer break?

In the July instalment of our Lead the Way series, we unpack the key features of burnout, what it is, how different it is to stress and why we are susceptible to it now more than ever.

We welcome Leadership Coach and Psychologist Margie Ireland, who helps us to recognise the telltale signs of burnout in ourselves and in our teams. She will provide strategies on helping yourself or others get out of burnout, and how we can avoid it in the first place.

This webinar will have you skipping, rather than sloping towards the end of 2024 and is truly not one to be missed.
