Lead the way: Generational disconnection – The hidden cost for leaders

Generational disconnection is one of the most overlooked drivers of turnover, disengagement, and lost productivity in today’s workforce.

In this insightful session, Dr Joe Azzopardi uncovers the hidden cost of generational tension for leaders, shares data on the true financial impact and reveals a compelling case study where the least-expected generation emerged as the most disengaged.

Joe also explores how leaders can work more effectively across generations to maximise team productivity, challenge common assumptions and create more inclusive and high-performing workplaces.

You’ll gain a fresh perspective on how generational stereotypes can mislead leaders and how addressing these blind spots can unlock stronger retention, deeper engagement and improved performance.
