As psychosocial safety becomes a legal and leadership priority, how can managers create a safer, more supportive workplace?
With new legislative requirements now in place, leaders are expected to understand not just their legal obligations, but also how workplace culture influences wellbeing, morale and engagement.
Join us for our September Lead the Way webinar — ahead of Mental Health Month with Bill Carson, expert in psychosocial safety and founder of Inspire Learning. This webinar will deliver practical, evidence-based strategies for recognising and managing psychosocial risks, while building high-trust, high-performance teams.
This session will explore:
- Understanding Risks: Learn the difference between psychosocial risks and hazards, and how to identify early warning signs before issues escalate.
- Leadership Tools: Access practical frameworks to foster psychological safety, resilience, and stronger communication across your team.
- Boosting Performance: Discover how to tackle quiet quitting, disengagement and low morale by addressing their root causes.
- Compliance & Culture: Understand your duty of care and learn how to meet compliance standards while creating a thriving, values-led workplace.
This session is part of a powerful series of events IML is delivering to better equip managers and leaders with critical insights into psychosocial safety.
If you’re looking to lead with greater awareness, impact and empathy — this session is not to be missed.
