From team member to empowered leader
Stepping into leadership is one of the most challenging transitions in any career. New leaders must manage former peers, delegate effectively, and balance people and performance expectations, all while they define their leadership style.
The New Manager course is designed to make that transition smoother. You’ll learn how to set expectations, build trust, and handle difficult conversations with confidence. Through practical exercises and real-world examples, you’ll finish the course ready to lead, not just manage.
