An event to lead you through your next challenge
Having a support network and remaining connected is more important than ever. The IML ANZ Member Professional Support Network is a great way for Members to connect with their peers in a safe space to share challenges in the workplace and receive support and guidance from your peers on how to overcome them.
Facilitated by Natasha Facci FIML and Siân Stephens FIML, you’ll be joining a productive session that will provide you a support network that you can turn to in the face of adversity.
Sessions are intimate in size and all members are encouraged to contribute and share their thoughts, feelings, ideas and experiences.
Members are encouraged to regularly attend to maximise the value of the intitiative.

With a career that has covered corporate, NFP’s and small business, Siân knows that the key to success comes from working to your strengths, surrounding yourself with those whose strengths complement yours, and having the confidence to voice those to add impact in every situation.
As a qualified coach, trainer, facilitator, and HR Professional, Siân works to build human 2 human connections, through providing confidential safe spaces where we can authentically challenge, mentor and support our colleagues for personal and professional growth.
