Short Bio
Pippa Hanson is the CEO and co-founder of The Sports Injury Clinic (TSIC), a multidisciplinary Allied Health business she founded in 2004. Under her leadership, TSIC has grown into a highly respected organisation, consistently earning recognition within the industry for its commitment to excellence.
Prior to founding TSIC, Pippa had a distinguished 18-year career as a Detective with Victoria Police, where she gained extensive expertise in administration, governance, and policy. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Management and an MBA in Human Resources and has also lectured in Business and Human Resource Management.
Pippa is an active member of her local community. She currently serves as Vice President of the Frankston Dolphins VFL Football Club, is a board member of the Committee for Greater Frankston and Mornington Peninsula and is an integral part of the Women Connect Frankston network.
Pippa's exceptional leadership and business acumen were recently recognized with the Australian Women’s Small Business Entrepreneurs award, solidifying her reputation as a prominent figure in Australian small business and entrepreneurship.
