Kathy Meyer CPMgr CMgr FIML
Change Manager at NSW Police Force
Short Bio
Kathy Meyer is a transformational leader who believes that change shouldn’t be something people survive - it should be something they own. With over 25 years leading large-scale technology transitions and cultural initiatives across government and enterprise, she’s built her reputation on one simple principle: when you respect people, they’ll move mountains for you.
She’s delivered statewide rollouts, rebuilt service teams from the ground up, and introduced brand-new ways of working across thousands of staff - without the usual chaos, confusion or burnout. Whether coaching executives through resistance or helping frontline workers see the “why” behind the shift, Kathy brings energy, empathy, and sharp strategy to every challenge.
