Celebrating leadership, legacy and lasting impact

IML Melbourne end of year celebration

An evening of insights and networking with the Melbourne leadership community

Join us in November as we celebrate 2025 and look ahead to the new year with an evening of candid and compelling leadership conversation, networking and celebration.

In this inspiring session, we welcome Pippa Hanson CMgr FIML, CEO of The Sports Injury Clinic, who has spent two decades building a thriving business, leading teams, making pivotal decisions, unexpected detours, and learning lessons she wished she’d known sooner. Pippa will share:

  • Honest, real-world insights from two decades of leadership
  • Practical takeaways that will leave you walking away with a renewed perspective

From navigating economic downturns, to people challenges and technological change, Pippa will offer a rare behind-the-scenes look at what long-term leadership truly takes.

The evening will also be a chance to celebrate our tenured members and connect with IML members and the broader leadership community over delicious canapes and drinks as we close out our 2025 event series and look forward to 2026.
