Rob has a reputation for bringing energy, enthusiasm and a practical focus to his facilitation projects. He uses experiential and highly interactive facilitation techniques. He has proven experience in the use of virtual technologies to conduct masterclasses, webinars and coaching sessions.
Matthew’s experience includes working with executive managers to align their personal strategy to corporate strategy, developing leadership styles and strategies that enable executives to identify and leverage value through thought leadership. He has an ability to solve complex organisational problems through identifying core problems/stumbling blocks and transform obstacles into inspirational opportunities. Matthew has worked extensively with executives across a wide range of industries and sectors. He has worked to enhance performance with senior managers in education, resources, energy and utilities, eco-tourism, marketing, finance and banking industries among others. He is also the Program Director of the Australian Graduate School of Management’s flagship General Managers Program.
Alan is a specialist in enhancing leadership capability and developing positive organisational culture. He has extensive experience in all aspects of generalist human resources and a proven track record of building capability and engagement for leadership groups and their teams. Alan uses coaching and group facilitation methodologies and is a skilled negotiator and project manager. He has worked with a wide range of organisations in engineering, manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods, shipping and defence industries both in the UK and in Australia. He is pragmatic and business focused but driven to help people fulfil their aspirations. Alan works with openness and inclusivity, engaging individuals and groups and relishes the challenge of new contexts, new industries and new people.
Rupert Bryce has over 15 years’ experience in leadership development, human resources, consulting and coaching. While he has worked with most top 50 ASX companies he loves exploring new industries and new contexts. Rupert’s highly developed coaching skills have helped many employers fulfil their commitment to achieve greater employee performance and engagement, developing strategic thinking skills with high potential employees. Highly result oriented and solution focused, Rupert has a reputation in delivering innovative , engaging and highly effective leadership programs that lead to significant return on investment and value for the individual. Rupert uses evidence-based psychological tools and solution-focused coaching to build thinking skills, insight and self-awareness in his clients.
Jon is a transformer of leaders, teams and workplaces and a facilitator of growth, development and change. He has extensive private and public sector experience in operational delivery, organisational change, personal performance and team development in Europe, USA, Australasia and the Far East. His energetic and collaborative facilitation style is both supportive and challenging. He likes to encourage innovation, creativity and opportunistic change management. In New Zealand, Jon has led significant change projects and activities in the public sector including merging the Auckland City and Auckland Regional Councils and rolling out a new customer-centric culture program across 44 sports and leisure centres in 2017. He has consulted with, and led training in, contexts as diverse as intellectual disability services, Fire and Emergency NZ, glasshouse horticulture, and the NZ Police service. Jon was also involved in prisoner rehabilitation and fostering the potential and independence in those with intellectual disabilities.
