In 1994 she founded one of Australia’s most respected training companies, Optimum Operating Procedures and Services Pty Ltd (OOPS). Now a thriving provider of mystery shopping, service benchmarking, surveys and focus groups, competitor audits, teams training and leadership development.
As an international Certified Speaking Professional, DISC accredited trainer and assessor, podcaster and author of two books, Michelle combines her extensive experience and specialist knowledge with an absolute commitment to igniting the potential in each and every individual so they can achieve outstanding results. Her passion for multi-generational workplaces and values based training has her delivering her programs globally online and in person. Like many Millennials, Andrew holds two jobs, balancing manager positions in an LGBTIQA+ community organisation and youth health service, all while completing The Master of Leadership ( Health & Human Services ) program via UTAS and currently studying the Advanced Leadership for Guiding Transformation; Professional Practice Pathway that is part of a partnership agreement between UTAS and IML. His roles involve supporting and harnessing a workforce where their different generational perspectives and lived experiences bring unique insights and passion for change. He has a rich history in grassroots LGBTIQA+ human rights advocacy, creating inclusive spaces, and activating change agents.
