Henrique is a Clinical Psychologist with strong experience in sleep and insomnia treatments. He was involved in the development of The Better Sleep Program, which was evaluated by Deakin University and found to be an effective program in supporting people's sleep and insomnia. Henrique delivers workshops as part of this program, teaching participants about the science of sleep and evidence-based strategies for improving sleep.
