Workplace conflict is inevitable — it is how leaders respond that can build or destroy a team’s trust and their dynamic.
Join us in August for a transformative Lead the Way session as we welcome organisation development consultant Rachael Wilcox who will provide a practical, insight-driven session focused on resolving conflict in the workplace.
Rachael will be drawing from her knowledge in conflict coaching, mediation, and real-world leadership experience in this webinar, which will equip you with frameworks and tools to handle conflict more effectively, build trust, and foster healthier work relationships within your team and broader organisation.
From this session, you will:
- Identify key sources of workplace conflict and when it may occur if values, identity, needs, and trust are under threat.
- Learn how to approach conflicts with confidence, empathy and preparation.
- Gain self-reflection techniques and tools to structure difficult discussions to encourage direct resolution and empowerment in your team.
- Explore the power of initiating the conversation instead of avoiding it and recognise when to involve a third party.
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions relating to conflict, confidence and connection in your own leadership practice.
We look forward to seeing you at the event!
