Lead the Way: Leading with Empathy – The Pathway to Team Success

Is it Empathy vs. Accountability….or do the two go hand in hand?

At our April Lead the Way session we welcome Leanne Butterworth – an Empathy Realist. Through our hour together, she will look to demystify what exactly empathy is, and how to take healthy empathy from a “nice to have” soft skill to a “must have” superpower.

Throughout our Lead the Way session, you will also learn:

  • How to recognise and address unconscious biases.
  • Why emotional literacy and self-empathy are essential.
  • Strategies to enhance workplace culture, engagement and wellbeing through healthy empathy.
  • How healthy empathy drives positive change and boosts revenue.

This session will empower leaders at any level to transform team culture, enhance staff engagement, and increase customer loyalty.

We look forward to seeing you there and exploring how empathy and accountability can work together to create extraordinary results!
