Owner and operator of Resolve HR, Nick Hedges, is an experienced Human Resources and Workplace Relations Advisor. He has a range of academic qualifications specialising in human resource management and industrial relations as well as industry-recognised certifications.

A member of various HR associations, he recently published his first book, “Is Your Team Failing or Kicking Goals – Take Control of Your People and Their Performance”, which is a valuable source of practical insights on Human resources and Employee Relations matters.
