Generational disconnection is one of the most overlooked drivers of turnover, disengagement, and lost productivity in today’s workforce.
In this insightful session, Dr Joe Azzopardi will uncover the hidden cost of generational tension for leaders, share data on the true financial impact and reveal a compelling case study where the least-expected generation emerged as the most disengaged.
Joe will also explore how leaders can work more effectively across generations to maximise team productivity, challenge common assumptions and create more inclusive and high-performing workplaces.
Attendees will gain a fresh perspective on how generational stereotypes can mislead leaders and how addressing these blind spots can unlock stronger retention, deeper engagement and improved performance.
Walk away with practical tools to navigate multi-gen leadership more effectively in the April edition of our Lead the Way series.
