His past work in both senior “influencer” and “leadership” roles is particularly useful to his work as a coach, mediator and facilitator.

Mark has an interest and expertise in creating higher performing leaders and teams through the development of enhanced interpersonal, influencing and conflict management skills.

Mark’s highly acclaimed book, Mastering Hard Conversations, was a Finalist in the 2022 Australian Business Book Awards in the Leadership category.
