Established in 2003, Global Leadership Foundation is a for purpose organisation, with its annual profit being placed in a philanthropic fund for the development of leaders in community.
As part of this work, Gayle mentors and consults with Councillors, CEO’s, Senior Executives, Boards and their teams, as they lead by example in making conscious choices and effective decisions, building and strengthening respectful and constructive relationships, maintaining their own well-being as well as appreciating the impact all of this has on those they lead and themselves.

Dr Chamila Perera

Short Bio
Chamila is a senior lecturer, ESG Coordinator at Swinburne School of Business, Law and Entrepreneurship (SoBLE). As one of the Carbon Literacy Training (CLT) team co-leaders, Chamila believes that with the right mindset and dedication, an individual could empower thousands of others to take climate action. As a certified carbon literacy trainer and the CLT-lead of the Australian Business Deans Council (ABDC) and Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) Climate action group, she is working towards enhancing individuals understanding of carbon costs and the impacts of everyday activities on climate change. Her CLT team won Swinburne's Vice-Chancellor award and the Australian Deans Council award for their contribution to enhancing carbon literacy among the university networks and recently joined the UN PRME working group on Climate Change and Environment.
