Samuel Bell

Chief Executive Officer
Sam is an experienced senior executive with more than 15 years of leadership across the financial services, education, and professional association sectors. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics and postgraduate qualifications, including a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Public Policy.
Sam is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Institute of Managers and Leaders Australia and New Zealand (IML ANZ), where he leads the organisation’s strategic direction, operations, and member value proposition. As part of the executive leadership team, he has played a key role strengthening management training pathways, developing a professional accreditation, and advancing the professionalisation of management and leadership. He is a Certified Practising Manager (CPMgr) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), reflecting his strong commitment to governance and leadership excellence.
Throughout his career, Sam has been dedicated to building leadership capability. He is passionate about the impact that effective management and leadership have on individuals, organisations, and the broader community. His approach is grounded in continuous improvement and a strong belief in lifelong learning.
Scott Martin

General Manager, Learning, Development & Membership
Scott Martin has almost 40 years of management and leadership experience across the Hospitality, FMCG and Training and Education industries and is a proud Chartered Manager.
Scott holds an Associate Diploma in Hotel Management, a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and has completed his Cert IV TAE with AIM in QLD. Scott holds a number of current and prior board and committee positions with commercial, sporting, political and community organisations.
Jenna Gibbs

General Manager, Finance & Operations
Jenna is an experienced CPA with over 15 years’ experience in finance leadership across NFP, Transport, FMCG and Manufacturing industries. She partners with the Board and executive team to ensure effective governance while driving commercial insights and supporting financial strategy.
Jenna holds a joint business degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management as well as a Diploma of Management, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has also held current and previous committee positions with a number of professional associations.
With a strong commercial focus and a holistic approach to lifting capability, Jenna has demonstrated experience translating strategy into operational outcomes and improving financial literacy across the business.
Cherriee Ludemann

Lawyer
Cherriee has over 17 years’ experience in senior legal, management and leadership roles across the NFP, Legal and Manufacturing industries.
Cherriee is a qualified lawyer who holds a Bachelor of Legal & Justice Studies, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master of Laws (QUT).
Cherriee has extensive experience in providing both legal and strategic advice on corporate, governance, commercial, competition, consumer and industrial relations laws and commercial risk on both a local and global platform. Cherriee is passionate about inclusive leadership and achieving desired customer outcomes to enable growth and expansion.
Katherine Meier
General Manager, Marketing and Brand Growth
Katherine specialises in strategic marketing, enhancing brand presence and driving sales growth through integrated programs that consider the buyer journey. She leads initiatives across brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing, consistently applying best practices to influence business outcomes. With experience across technology, financial services, professional services, and government, Katherine brings a versatile approach to marketing leadership.
