Sam is an experienced management professional, with 15 years’ experience in senior roles across financial services, education, and industry peak bodies. He has an undergraduate in economics and postgraduate qualifications including an MBA and Master of Public Policy.
Sam has been a senior leader at IML ANZ for the past 6 years. He is passionate about leadership and capability development, and its power to create positive outcomes for people, workplaces, and communities.
General Manager Sales
Anna is an accomplished sales, business growth and client experience specialist. With a long record of successful customer relationship development, she has worked within, and consulted to some of the largest and most successful organisations in Australia, in both public and private sectors.
Anna uses innovative business growth strategies and applies a strengths-based approach to assist businesses and individuals realise previously un-tapped potential. She is a skilled leader who is driven by developing people and creating engaged, high performing work environments.
General Manager Marketing and Brand (Acting)
Stephanie joined IML ANZ in October 2017 and is currently stepping into an acting Leadership Role while Lauren Heasman is on maternity leave.
As the GM for Marketing and Brand, Stephanie is responsible for managing the strategic approach to marketing and positioning IML ANZ as the peak body for managers and leaders in Australia and New Zealand.
Stephanie manages the planning and execution of all IML ANZ marketing and communication activities including media presence, branding, content, the IML ANZ voice, advertising, website development and our digital strategy.
