Elena Brooks

A celebrated South Australian vintner and entrepreneur. Her successful Dandelion winery is also the sponsor of our IML July Innovation Panel.
Dr Sarah Cannard
Short Bio
A senior aerospace engineer with over 16 years in the defence and space industry. Sarah is a leader in her field. As a 2025 SA Australian of the Year Nominee, she is a valued member of the Space and Defence Nova Systems family.
