There’s no doubt the last few years have been filled with changes, challenges and in many cases, growth for leaders. Will this slow down in 2024? Or is the rapidly changing world of work set to continue?
Join us as we discuss this question and more at our first webinar of the new year, Leadership Outlook 2024. Our hosts, Sam Bell FIML, Chief Executive Officer and Scott Martin CMgr FIML, General Manager – Learning, Development & Membership at IML will discuss the key skills and topics leaders need to be across to thrive in their roles, adapt to change, and to support their teams in the new year.
