The days of once-a-year or even semi-annual performance conversations are behind us, with regular and consistent feedback now strongly linked to both individual and organisational success. Developing a feedback culture in your organisation is important, but these skills can be challenging, and the conversations can often be difficult.
This short course assists participants to better understand many of the constructs that sit behind these conversations and provides a safe environment to learn, develop and practice these important skills.
Format
This Short Course is presented virtually via Zoom. However, just like a face-to-face workshop, we’ve built in opportunities to meet your facilitator, work in break-out groups and network with other participants. You’ll be expected to engage actively throughout the sessions so ensure you have a reliable internet connection, a working webcam and microphone, and the latest version of the Zoom app downloaded.
