In this 12-week program, you’ll learn through an industry-leading combination of face-to-face learning, online study and leadership coaching that will give you the defining opportunities to develop your authentic leadership style.

We won't leave your development up to guesswork. We use 3 diagnostic tools to determine your baseline skills and behaviours before you begin. Afterwards, we measure your progress.

With a wealth of both industry and development experience, our facilitators will create a safe and rewarding environment, allowing you to learn and develop from a rich combination of content, your peers and self reflection.
Ongoing support in your role
During the program, your facilitator will provide personal coaching to support your development. After completion, you'll receive 4 months of mentoring to help you implement your new skills at work.

Matthew has worked extensively with executives across a wide range of industries and sectors. He has worked to enhance performance with senior managers in education, resources, energy and utilities, eco-tourism, marketing, finance and banking industries among others. He is also the Program Director of the Australian Graduate School of Management’s flagship General Managers Program.
Sydney
Alan is a specialist in enhancing leadership capability and developing positive organisational culture. He has extensive experience in all aspects of generalist human resources and a proven track record of building capability and engagement for leadership groups and their teams. Alan uses coaching and group facilitation methodologies and is a skilled negotiator and project manager. He has worked with a wide range of organisations in engineering, manufacturing, fast moving consumer goods, shipping and defence industries both in the UK and in Australia. He is pragmatic and business focused but driven to help people fulfil their aspirations. Rupert Bryce has over 15 years’ experience in leadership development, human resources, consulting and coaching. Rupert uses evidence-based psychological tools and solution-focused coaching to build thinking skills, insight and self-awareness in his clients.
Auckland
Jon is a transformer of leaders, teams and workplaces and a facilitator of growth, development and change. He has extensive private and public sector experience in operational delivery, organisational change, personal performance and team development in Europe, USA, Australasia and the Far East. His energetic and collaborative facilitation style is both supportive and challenging. He likes to encourage innovation, creativity and opportunistic change management. In New Zealand, Jon has led significant change projects and activities in the public sector including merging the Auckland City and Auckland Regional Councils and rolling out a new customer-centric culture program across 44 sports and leisure centres in 2017. He has consulted with, and led training in, contexts as diverse as intellectual disability services, Fire and Emergency NZ, glasshouse horticulture, and the NZ Police service. Jon was also involved in prisoner rehabilitation and fostering the potential and independence in those with intellectual disabilities.
