3 Key Elements to Develop High Performing Teams
21st June | 12:30 – 13:15 AEST
One of the key challenges faced by managers is how to work ‘on the business’ and ‘in the business’ at the same time. Successful managers attempt to reduce their day-to-day ‘in the business’ tasks and focus greater attention toward ‘on the business’ planning and strategic analysis.
This requires managers to develop the skills and capability to build high performing teams that take more responsibility of the day-to-day tasks. This webinar will introduce managers to a model that takes their focus away from the task and onto the team.
Join Sam Bell, IML ANZ’s General Manager of Corporate Services & Research and Matthew Byrne, AGSM’s Program Director of the General Managers Program in a free 45-minute webinar on 21st June and discover:
- The important concepts from the energy, engagement and exploration model;
- How to ensure you’re not focusing on the task, but how the team is completing the task;
- How to build capability in the team to empower staff to make decisions;
- How a manager can become an observer rather than a participant.
