Nicholas Antuar, Head of Organisational Development at RACQ
Nicholas Antuar is an experienced HR professional whose career has spanned small, medium and large organisations in both a permanent and a contract capacity. His industry experience includes banking, insurance, retail, telecommunications, energy, automotive and education management. He is currently employed as the Head of Learning Delivery for the Goodstart Early Learning Institute, providing professional learning to a target audience of over 16,500 Educators. His experience is complemented by a number of relevant qualifications and his tertiary education connections continue in a sessional employment capacity with QUT. He has co-authored a journal article titled: “Implementing an Employee Performance Management System in a Non-profit Organisation: A Case Study” – published in the Spring 2011 edition of the International Journal of Non-profit Management & Leadership and lead the ‘overhaul’ of performance management systems on a number of occasions.
