- How to approach performance management through a contemporary lens
- How to balance accountability with empathy

- Your responsibilities when it comes to expectations around psychological safety
Through real case studies and practical examples, you’ll gain insights on how to address performance issues confidently, fairly, and respectfully while maintaining a safe, supportive, and high-performing work environment.
This session will take place in person in Bundaberg, with an online attendance option available for those joining from outside the region.
We look forward to welcoming you to the session, wherever you are located!
