Leading Difficult Conversations
We are required to have difficult conversations every day – it might be asking your boss for an extension, providing feedback to a colleague, disagreeing with a partner or friend, or breaking bad news to a client. Difficult conversations often explore issues that people would rather avoid, however, they are essential to maintaining open and honest communication and good relationships – be that in the office or at home.
This Lunch and Learn session, presented by Nick Everitt MIML, Corporate Solutions Manager at IML, will assist you in understanding the importance of conducting these difficult conversations, the positive outcomes they can produce, and provide tips on how to best prepare for them.
These events allow you to connect with leaders, ask questions, share your challenges and successes, and network with driven young professionals.
