How bold business leaders keep company culture thriving – without being the glue

Discover the framework to design small but mighty rituals that carry your company culture forward, even when you’re not in the room.

In our next Bundaberg hybrid event, Luke Faccini, Brand Storyteller and Chief Do-Gooder at Sponge, will walk you through a proven framework for designing rituals that stick and take your team to the next level. No matter how awesome they already are.

In this engaging session, you’ll learn:

  • Why rituals matter and how they drive a high-performance culture
  • How effective leaders embed culture into the daily rhythm of their teams
  • A simple framework to create rituals that actually stick
  • How to keep your team aligned without micromanaging
  • The secret to weaving your culture into everyday behaviours

You will also come away with a downloadable worksheet to design your own team ritual.

Great culture doesn’t happen once a year at an offsite. It happens in the everyday.

The right rituals not only strengthen your team but also enhance your client experience. And that’s what leaves a lasting impression.

We look forward to your attendance in this invaluable session!

Short Bio

Luke Faccini is a brand strategist, storyteller, and subconscious transformation guide helping purpose-driven businesses become unstoppable.

He’s the founder of Sponge, a branding agency born in 1999 with “Mac guys on PC budgets” attitude—bold, scrappy, and driven by values. What began as an award winning brand design studio evolved into a force for meaningful brand transformation, guiding businesses beyond visuals into culture, impact, and authentic storytelling.

Luke is the creator of the ElectroMagnetic Brand Method, a framework that aligns culture, impact, and story to turn brands into ElectroMagnets for top talent and dream clients. He leads workshops, group programs, and select client projects, helping teams and founders attract aligned clients and A-players. Without the usual retention issues.

After a personal turning point in 2015, he rebuilt Sponge around purpose, becoming B Corp certified in 2017 and launching initiatives like Sponge’s Double the Goodness Grant, and GoodNorth, a community for business-for-good advocates.

Recently, Luke has added PSYCH-K® facilitation to his toolkit, helping leaders eliminate subconscious blocks so they can fully embody the culture they’re building.

Luke is based in Brisbane with his purpose-aligned wife Fiona and growing family, Luke’s purpose remains clear: To help all brands be good for the world. www.thesponge.com.au linkedin.com/in/lukefaccini
