A Leadership Discussion on Transforming Education
Join us in Bundaberg or online this August for a dynamic and forward-thinking session that reimagines the role of education in shaping tomorrow’s workforce. IMPACT Community Academy based in Bundaberg, is redefining the views of traditional schooling — and we have invited Jenna Auer, Principal at the ACADEMY, to tell us how.
Jenna will discuss:
- How IMPACT Community Academy is pioneering what school can be — and why it matters not just for the region, but across Australia and New Zealand.
- Innovative approaches to education delivery that better respond to today’s learners.
- Moving beyond test scores: A renewed focus on holistic student development.
- Aligning learning with real-world outcomes — careers, further education, and personal growth.
- What it truly means to educate the “whole student” in a rapidly changing world.
- A deep dive into the Academy’s vision, structure, and long-term goals.
This session will provide key insights in preparing future-ready individuals who will drive growth in our communities, workplaces, and become our leaders in the future. Leaders from any industry will gain valuable understanding into how education is evolving — and how your leadership can help shape that future.
