Roz White is an award-winning business leader with over 30 years’ experience, a charity volunteer and leading advocate for various industry groups.   Roz is the co-owner of White’s IGA Group & White’s Commercial Property Group employing 500 people in the Sunshine Coast community.

Roz has held community leadership positions including board chair and is a mentor and regular speaker at trade and industry events.    Roz is a current member the University of the Sunshine Coast Foundation Board and Chair of Sunshine Coast 2032, a past board director of Montrose Therapy & Respite Services, advisory member of the Queensland Community Foundation (Sunshine Coast), USC Business School External Academic Advisory Committee and Immediate Past President of the Sunshine Coast Business Women’s Network.   Roz is a passionate advocate for business and has led the IGA QNN State Board is a previous member of the IGA National Council and Sunshine Coast Business Council.

Andrew Elvin

Andrew has 20+ years’ experience as a chief executive, executive manager and development consultant in the not-for-profit, government, human services and community housing sectors in the UK and Australia.

Coast2Bay Housing Group (C2B) is a Tier 1 provider of community and affordable housing, managing over 1,300 households across its regions. It contributes significantly to employment, economic development and regional business support. C2B has won national and international awards, and joins the Sunshine Coast Business Awards Hall of Fame for consecutively winning the prestigious Social Impact Award.

Andrew leads the delivery of housing services and projects, including Queensland’s first not-for-profit real estate social enterprise, Purpose Real Estate.

Andrew serves on state and national boards of the Community Housing Industry Association and the Sunshine Coast Branch Committee of UDIA Qld.

Previously, Lauren led a successful marketing and PR agency in Sydney, which laid the foundation for Smith Madden. Her forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence have made Smith Madden a leader in impactful brand narratives. Lauren is also an active community member, serving on the executive committee of the Maroochydore Chamber of Commerce, Wishlist Spring Carnival, and the Sunshine Coast Business Women's Network.

She leverages these insights in her award-winning teaching of entrepreneurship and innovation for both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Retha has led multiple research grants exploring regional entrepreneurship ecosystems, the development of entrepreneurial careers, and career transitions. She actively collaborates with industry to apply research findings, earning recognition for her impactful engagement. Her recent work on regional talent attraction emphasizes the critical role that regional stakeholders, like employers, industry networks, education providers and policy-makers play in regional ecosystems.
