We all acknowledge that to become an Intentional Leader we need to learn, change and grow. But learning and change is hard. It can be frustrating, and we can start to self-doubt ourselves and our abilities. Unfortunately, that is the nature of the beast – and that frustration and challenge is a sign that our brains are busy learning and rewiring!

The good news is there are ways to make the experience less challenging and more enjoyable.

Join us for this session to discover our 5 Step approach to become a highly effective, intentional learner. In it we will explore:

  • How you can influence your brain’s learning ability
  • Strategies for tailoring your own learning
  • Becoming a resilient learner
  • Developing a positive learning mindset
  • And how being part of a team can improve your ability to learn
