To qualify to become a Chartered Manager, you will need to meet one of the following criteria:
Minimum Bachelor-level qualification in business, management and leadership
And 3+ years of management and leadership experience
5+ years' management of leadership experience
No qualification needed

WHAT WILL I BE ASSESSED ON?
Our self-reflective based assessment is a practical-based paper that reviews personal skills and expertise in leading people and managing change. By reflecting on your ways of working, you can make a positive contribution to your own management practice.
Your written assessment needs to highlight how, within the last 18 months, you have:
Demonstrated consistent effective performance within your own organisation or a client organisation if appropriate
Used your skills and expertise in leading people and managing change in a professional and ethical manner in accordance with the Code of Conduct & Practice
Learned from your experience, and that you are committed to your Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
