Agustin originally practiced as an architect in Mexico and moved to Australia in 2002, where he undertook postgraduate studies in project management and completed a PhD in workplace architecture. His reputation as a workplace strategist and researcher has been developed across a significant body of national and international research. He is also an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Centre for Design Innovation (CDI) at Swinburne University of Technology. His research around workplace design has won awards and led to keynote speaking appearances at international conferences.

With near two decades experience working in the media, with clients, and running award winning marketing agencies across APAC, Aaron has deep knowledge of communication – how to reach, inspire, engage and measure connections. He has worked with brands as diverse as Amazon Web Services, Heineken, Cancer Institute of NSW, & Western Sydney University. Aaron has also worked on global campaigns, leading work for the United Nations to build its web platform for its Sustainable Development Goals – Global Daily. Jasmin Craufurd-Hill is a management lecturer and consultant who has held both senior and project management roles within the government, not-for-profit and emergency services sectors. She has previously served as an Executive and Board Member of Women in Nuclear (WiN) Global and currently serves as a Director of Mind Blank, the Institute for Regional Security and WiN Australia. Ms Craufurd-Hill is an Associate Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and the recipient of an ATSE Early Career Symposium Fellowship. Her current area of academic interest surrounds the development of expertise in fields that underpin nationally significant capabilities and national security.
