Jared Merlino

Jared is the co-owner and general manager of Sydney’s new and vibrant hotspots, The Lobo Plantation, Kittyhawk and Big Poppa’s. He has built and established award-winning cocktail bars that have received both local and international acclaim.
Jared has grown the business from a single venue to three profit-making, market-leading venues in the space of 12 months. He has managed to achieve this success during an especially restrictive period with legislation surrounding lock out laws, and measures that have seen many hospitality businesses struggle to survive.
