Are you managing staff approaching the transition to retirement, looking to transition yourself or have retired?

Transitional change management planning is essential across all aspects of professional and personal life. Why then do we only look to retirement predominantly by way of financial planning? What are the corporate benefits of supporting staff through the transition to retirement?

Join us as Peter Barber FIML share’s his whole of life approach to retirement planning and explains the personal and corporate benefits of providing transitional support for employees moving into retirement.

Peter’s New Horizons Program provides managers and leaders with the insights, analysis and benefits (for corporates and individuals) of strategically planning for the transition into retirement and participating longer in the workforce.
