Routes to success

Based on your experience and qualifications, there are two main routes you can take to get your Chartered Manager designation.

Qualified Route

I hold a minimum Bachelor level qualification in management, leadership or business and have 3 years management or leadership experience.

Experiential Route

I have 5+ years management or leadership experience, and I don’t hold a minimum Bachelor level qualification in management, leadership or business.
